At Quibble, we’re committed to maintaining the trust and confidence of visitors to our website and our customers. In particular, we want you to know that Quibble is not in the business of selling, renting or trading email lists with other companies and businesses for marketing purposes. We just don’t do that sort of thing. But just in case you don’t believe us, in this Privacy Policy, we’ve provided lots of detailed information on when and why we collect your personal information, how we use it, the limited conditions under which we may disclose it to others and how we keep it secure.

Information we may collect from you and how we collect that information
We collect the following information:
- Personal identification information (Name, email address, organisation, phone number, etc.)
This information will be provided directly by you, and this means we process the data when you:
- Register online on my website or place an order for any of our training, consultancy services
- Voluntarily complete a customer survey; or
- Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies
We securely store your data in cloud-based and password protected systems.
We’ll keep your data for as long as is relevant to our business relationship or until you explicitly inform us you want to be removed. We’ll delete your data by permanently deleting it from the system and if hard copies exist of your data, these will be confidentially destroyed through shredding.
Website cookies and Google analytics
When you visit www.wearequibble.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns.
We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way that doesn’t identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.
A cookie only allows us to see the data you choose to share and you can choose to accept or decline cookies. Most web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually modify your browser setting to decline cookies if you prefer. The only thing is though, this might affect how you’re able to interact with our website.
Mailing lists
As part of the registration process for our monthly e-newsletter, we collect personal information. We use that information for a couple of reasons: to tell you about stuff you’ve asked us to tell you about; to contact you if we need to obtain or provide additional information; to check our records are right and to check every now and then that you’re happy and satisfied. We don't rent or trade email lists with other organisations and businesses.
We use a third-party provider, MailChimp, to deliver our newsletter. We gather statistics around email opening and clicks using industry standard technologies to help us monitor and improve our e-newsletter. For more information, please see MailChimp’s privacy notice.
You can unsubscribe to general mailings at any time of the day or night by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any of our emails or by emailing our data protection officer at hello@wearequibble.com.
Your rights when it comes to Data protection
It’s important to know that everyone has the following rights when it comes to their data:
The right to access – You have the right to request copies of your personal data. We may charge you a small fee for this service.
The right to rectification – You have the right to request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate. You also have the right to request we complete the information you believe is incomplete.
The right to erasure – You have the right to request that we erase your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to restrict processing – You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to object to processing – You have the right to object to us processing your personal data, under certain conditions.
The right to data portability – You have the right to request that we transfer the data that we’ve collected to another organisation, or directly to you, under certain conditions.

Data Protection
We respect the need for robust data protection, which is should It be necessary to gather personal data from you, we’ll clarify what we need and why we need it, including what it’ll be used for.
We only collect information for business purposes, and it’ll only be collected with your consent, either on our ‘contact us’ page on our website, by email or by phone.
We do use third party companies for marketing and business purposes including Mailchimp and Quickbooks.
Under no circumstances will we share or sell personal information about you to another third party. When we no longer need to hold on to your data we’ll remove the information from our systems and destroy any hard copies. We can also do this should you wish us to remove all data that you’ve provided us with.

Confidentiality
Any information you share, or is shared through a member of staff, during a training course or project engagement will not be shared or discussed with anyone else.
This information can include knowledge with regards the business structure, financial state, customers, employees and suppliers of the organisation or any personal information of delegates attending training courses.

We’re completely committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised disclosure, we’ve got measures in place to protect access to our technology. And we’re always careful to use private, password protected Wi-Fi at all times.
